About Evans Abstract

Working with Luke was a pleasure! He worked with my real estate agent to sell my home, making the process of buying and selling smooth and stress-free. He was on top of all things, big and small, that needed to be done and made our move a breeze. Even after the move, he contacted us to see if we needed any other assistance.

Luke is a pleasure to deal with. He is detailed, responsive, and gets the job done for his clients. He always goes the extra mile to make sure everyone has everything they need for closing. Highly recommend using Luke for all your real estate needs!

I would like to say a few words about Luke and his dedication to his customers. He helped us find our home and supported us through the entire process. As first-time homebuyers, we had very little idea of what to do, but Luke guided us every step of the way. He was always available to answer questions (even if my panic attack told me to send a question at 7 am), explain details, and make sure we understood. His professionalism, responsiveness, and deep knowledge of the process made what could have been a stressful experience much easier. (Still a lot of stress though, but that’s on us) As we were buying a house out of state, we were not able to make...

Luke is an extremely patient person. He is very knowledgeable as well as professional. He was always available to speak with no matter what time it was. He always made you feel like he was your friend. Which he now is. I will refer him to anyone looking to buy a home.

Luke helped me with my first home purchase. He always communicated quickly and made the whole process go really smoothly. He helped me through every step and was always willing to take the time to answer my questions. I highly recommend Luke for any of your real estate needs!

Working with Luke as he was very helpful, with the assistance he provided. With his help, we accomplished two major hurdles, i.e selling our home and purchasing a home in a very timely manner. I don't know if we can add anything more other than a well-deserved attaboy to Luke Miller.

Luke Miller did a fantastic job helping us through the buying and selling process. He was very patient and provided honest advice about the local market. Communication was quick and clear the entire time. We really appreciated their help and would absolutely work with them again!

Very honest and patient, with very prompt responses all the time. Follows up on every little detail. Got the deal done right. Very much recommended.

Luke was the best. He handled the purchase of our new home and the sale of our home that we owned for 25 years. I couldn’t be happier with the results on both the selling and buying sides with Luke. You can’t go wrong with using Luke as your all-around real estate agent.

We initially found Luke Miller about 2 years prior to being ready to move. He'd follow up with us about every 6 months, and finally it was time. Luke is the ultimate professional. He helped us with both a home purchase and selling our home. My husband's plan to build a large garage needed calls to various townships, which Luke assisted with. He had state-of-the-art marketing, including video and drone footage, to sell our home, with many follow-up calls to realtors who had had clients visit. Luke timely and professionally handled all issues during both sales, including working well with the varied personalities of other agents. He is very communicat...
